Here’s the latest in our ‘Cheynes People’ posts, Lisa Sinclair.
Q: Describe what you do at Cheynes?
A: My role is Client Service Manager at the Lothian Road salon.
Q: How long have you been part of the Cheynes Team?
A: I have been with Cheynes 22 years full time this May. I still love every day !!
Q: Describe your ‘signature’ style.
A: I would describe my signature style as creative but soft with wearable technical colour work !
Q: What’s on your playlist at the moment?
A: I have some fairly random choices but at the moment it’s The Brand New Heavies ,David Bowie and Kylie Minoque.
Q: If you hadn’t taken up the world of hairdressing, what would have been your second career choice?
A: I would probably have worked with children or animals!! I’m a bit of a softie at heart.
Q: What is your all time favourite film?
A: Favourite movie definitely has to be Dirty Dancing . I am still wishing ‘nobody put baby in the corner’.
Q: Do you have any hobbies?
A: I enjoy running and recently completed the Great Edinburgh Run…10 miles ! I also love spending time with my gorgeous dog Poppy.
Q: Tell us something about yourself that we wouldn’t know.
A: I was the first ever person to do SVQ level one programme and still get as excited 23 years later as I walk to work in the morning!!
